At Kym Viet, the K001 experience programme is built around the theme “From Heart to Hands: Empathy and Creativity”. Schools and universities are among the groups welcomed for educational and excursion activities.
How long is the programme?
K001 lasts 150 minutes and includes 7 activities. This gives schools a clear basis for planning the day’s schedule, including gathering, travel and programme completion time.
The programme operates from Monday to Saturday. Schools may prepare several preferred dates before contacting Kym Viet to discuss availability.
What group sizes can join?
The programme welcomes groups from 1 to 60 guests. Groups of more than 50 people are divided into parallel sessions.
Schools should therefore estimate the number of students as well as teachers or accompanying supervisors before making an enquiry.
What information should schools provide?
Rather than asking only whether a particular date is available, schools can provide basic information about the group from the beginning.

What can students experience at Kym Viet?
The programme takes place within Kym Viet’s craft environment, where products are made primarily from fabric. The experience follows the theme “From Heart to Hands: Empathy and Creativity”.
The programme includes learning sign language. At the café, guests can experience ordering drinks using sign language. Kym Viet also has a showroom featuring handmade products.
During the workshop, participants can create a stuffed toy or a hand-painted cushion and take the finished item home.
For schools, these elements can form part of a visit combining observation of a working craft environment, hands-on making and communication experiences outside a conventional classroom setting.
When should larger school groups book?
Bookings should be made at least 3 working days in advance. Groups of more than 30 people are advised to book 5–7 days ahead.
For school groups, early contact also allows more time to discuss group size, organisation, preferred timing and specific needs.
How is pricing calculated?
Kym Viet does not use a single fixed price list for every group. Quotations are provided according to group size, with more favourable per-person pricing for larger groups.
The published package includes 8% VAT, drinking water, light refreshments, workshop materials and a souvenir. Kym Viet provides VAT invoices for services and purchases.
Schools should provide the expected number of students and accompanying adults when requesting a quotation.
Is English-language guidance available?
The programme provides Vietnamese–English bilingual guidance. This can be useful for international schools, English-speaking students or groups that include international guests.
Schools are encouraged to share the composition of the group when booking so that the programme can be discussed appropriately.
What should schools prepare before the visit?
Before confirming the plan, schools should agree internally on the expected group size, grade level, preferred date and the main purpose of the visit.
